Just a bit of advice, I know how you're feeling because I too often get angry or speak my mind to the ones I love. Apologizing is the KEY to good sleep. Even though you may not feel the same way, it's always better to get some sleep on good terms instead of bad. I know this, because whenever me and Christiano fight, we both have a horrible night of sleep unless we've worked things through. Oh, and no excuses! If you're going to apologize, don't say sorry then say why you're angry. Just say sorry. I always find myself doing these things without realizing it...it's funny how things work sometimes. Oh, and my adivce (which I've said to Ash many times since your breakup with her) Just don't talk politics or make reference to politics as even though you have different views, you are both very good people.
